Switch it, baby! The new interchangeable plates for Secabo transfer presses
“It’s time to do something nice for our transfer presses and equip them with one (or rather, three) new features” (in Secabo’s own words).
These are interchangeable plates in three different sizes for Secabo transfer presses. What’s the point of all this? Quite simply: for even greater precision and quality in the production workflow!
The new Secabo interchangeable plates are available in three different sizes:
- Interchangeable plate, 12cm x 38cm: Ideal for printing on items such as sleeves
- Interchangeable panel, 15cm x 15cm: Ideal for printing on items such as breast pockets
- Interchangeable plate, 8 cm x 12 cm: Ideal for printing on items such as collars
Thanks to the precise fit and smaller dimensions of the work surfaces, delicate areas on textiles – such as shirt collars, sleeves, breast pockets, etc., can be printed more comfortably and precisely, without leaving pressure marks – such as slight discolouration – on the unprinted areas of the textile, which are often unavoidable with large work surfaces.
Furthermore, the tool-free installation of the interchangeable plates is a real highlight: simply unscrew the two screws on the sides, fit the desired plate and screw them back in. Changing the plate is – quite literally – done in the blink of an eye!
The interchangeable plates are a useful addition to your Secabo transfer presses. It’s not just their practicality that impresses, but also, in particular, how easy they are to handle and how quickly the plates can be changed. They’re well worth a try!
The interchangeable plates are compatible with the Secabo transfer press models TC 2, TC 5, TC 7, TC D2, TC D5 and TC D7.
