Equipment leasing with YOW! – take advantage of the benefits now!
At YOW!, you can lease any equipment with a value of €500 or more. Take advantage now of the predictability of the costs and the tax benefits!
The purchase of new equipmentinvolves a financial outlay in the signage industry too, and must therefore be carefully considered. But of course, there is a wonderful alternative: leasing! All types of business can benefit from leasing if they are unable or unwilling to invest heavily in new purchases. It is a particularly sensible financing option for small and medium-sized enterprises, as the creditworthiness requirements are often significantly lower than when financing via a loan. Even when credit lines are already fully utilised, limiting the scope for action of a fledgling start-up, leasing offers a genuine alternative that also allows you to save cash.
At YOW!, you can lease all equipment, such as transfer presses and Secabo cutting plotters, from a value of €500 upwards. To this end, we work closely with our partner Grenke Leasing – not for nothing are they the European leader in the field of small-ticket IT leasing.
Unlike with a purchase or finance agreement, ownership does not transfer to the lessee but remains with the leasing provider. The lessee can use the machine without restriction for the entire term of the lease. The advantages of leasing are obvious – above all, you can benefit from predictable costs and tax advantages!
Your benefits:
1. Predictability thanks to fixed monthly instalments
Unlike loan financing, fluctuations in interest rates and loan termination do not come into play here: the monthly lease payments remain the same throughout the entire term, and you can reliably budget for the costs involved.
2. Maintaining liquidity
Leasing can boost a company’s liquidity. It allows companies to make new investments without taking out a loan or drawing on their equity. As leased assets do not appear in the fixed assets, the equity ratio automatically increases, which in turn leads to an improved credit rating.
3. Saving on tax
For business owners, leasing offers the key advantage of saving money. This is because business owners can claim the monthly lease payments in full as business expenses against their tax bill.
4. Avoiding costly repair bills (in the event of total write-off)
As leased assets are usually returned to the lessor after just three to four years, lessees often save on expensive maintenance and repair costs. This also has the advantage that the equipment used within the company is always state-of-the-art, thereby ensuring maximum productivity whilst delivering cost savings.
5. Hassle-free return (in the event of full amortisation)
Selling second-hand equipment often involves a great deal of effort and a significant loss in value. Not so with leasing! Once the contract term has ended, the leased item is simply returned to us and you can purchase a new, modern piece of equipment.
We offer three types of leasing contract:
- Full amortisation
The classic leasing agreement. Whilst the instalments are a little higher, they cover the full purchase price over the agreed lease term. At the end of the basic lease term, you can decide whether to continue leasing the equipment, return it or buy it at its current market value. So much flexibility and so much planning certainty – it’s that simple!
- Partial amortisation
You agree with us on a binding residual value payment at the end of the initial lease term. This allows the monthly lease instalments to be kept particularly low. If Grenke exercises its right of first refusal at the end of the basic lease term, you will make the agreed residual value payment and become the owner of the leased asset.
- Hire purchase
A great alternative to a traditional loan! The assets are capitalised on your balance sheet upon purchase. You pay the full amount of VAT at the start of the contract, and the instalments are then paid net. Once the final instalment has been paid, ownership of the asset is transferred to you.

It is important to bear in mind various legal provisions when leasing, to ensure that a leasing contract is not classified as a disguised hire-purchase arrangement during a tax audit. We’d be happy to advise you on this!
