Note: With very filigree fonts (hairlines), the white underfill may reach its limits and the granules may not adhere. We recommend a font thickness of at least 2 mm.

Create file
All files must be created exactly within the specified format
Depending on the item, the format is either 500mm x 560mm or 1000mm x 560mm. The ordered quantity is delivered by the metre (or half metre for the 500mm long items). Additional trimming does not need to be taken into account, as this is automatically added by us afterwards. This allows full utilisation of the maximum area. The files must not be mirrored. We print in CMYK. White must be created as white and transparent areas will not be printed. All areas must have 100 per cent coverage.
Printing instructions
PREPRESS: 145 degrees, 3 - 3.5 bar, 3 seconds. Without motif, only the textile
PRESSING THE TRANSFER: 145 degrees, 3 - 3.5 bar, 12 seconds.
Pull-off: Hot pull-off
Press: 145 degrees, 3 - 3.5 bar, 3 seconds. Cover the design with baking paper.
Care instructions
Recommended washing temperature 30°C, always wash inside out. Washable up to a maximum of 60°. To ensure the quality and longevity of your printed textiles, we ask you to carefully observe the following care instructions:
- Washing temperature: We recommend a standard washing temperature of 30°C. A maximum temperature of 60° is possible, but will shorten the lifespan. Dryer: Please avoid using a tumble dryer, as the high temperatures can damage the print over time. Air drying is recommended for these textiles.Preparation for washing: To minimise wear of the print by the drum, we recommend turning the textile inside out before washing.
- Irons: Please do not iron directly over the print. If ironing is necessary, do so on the wrong side of the fabric or use a thin cloth as protection between the iron and the print. Avoid high temperatures directly on the printed area. Use of fabric softener: The use of fabric softeners and liquid detergents should be completely avoided as they can severely damage the print.Dry cleaning: Please refrain from dry cleaning!
