How to prepare your artwork for a perfect DTF result.
- Format: 500 × 560 mm or 1000 × 560 mm (by the metre) – do not mirror!
- Resolution & type: vectors (PDF) or PNG at 300 dpi, cut out, transparent background
- Colour space: CMYK (ISOcoated_v2_eci)
- Minimum line weight: 1 mm for type and lines, so the hot-melt adhesive bonds properly
- Safety margin: 5 mm to the edge, 10 mm between objects

The 4-step press workflow
So presst du deinen DTF-Bogen richtig auf. Tipp für Softshell/Polyester: Temperatur auf 135 °C bei 8–10 Sek. reduzieren.
1. Vorpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 3 Sek. – entzieht dem Textil die Restfeuchtigkeit.
2. Anpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 12 Sek. – bringt den Transfer fest auf.
3. Abziehen
Hotpeel: Trägerfolie direkt im Anschluss heiß abziehen.
4. Nachpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 3 Sek. mit PTFE-Matte für ein perfektes Finish.

Feine Details
Bei sehr dünnen Linien wie Haarlinien haftet der Kleber nach dem Druck oft nicht ausreichend – wir empfehlen eine Mindestdicke von 2 mm.
Seitenverhältnisse
Passt das Format deiner Datei nicht exakt zu den gewünschten Maßen, drucken wir sie so groß wie möglich ohne Verzerrung – die Breite wird maximal genutzt.
Hintergründe & Ränder
Wir drucken deine Datei exakt wie hochgeladen, ohne etwas zu beschneiden. Achte darauf, dass keine unerwünschten Hintergründe oder Ränder – auch weiße oder transparente Flächen – enthalten sind.
