Your requirements profile
You have practical knowledge, experience and an interest in bookkeeping; you have completed a vocational training programme as an office administrator or an office communications specialist, or you are a career changer with the relevant qualifications.
You have a personal commitment to a meticulous, independent and structured approach to work and thinking. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You are confident in using MS Office tools, accounting software and modern cloud services such as Google Drive.
Are you fluent in both spoken and written German and English, and keen to demonstrate your skills as part of a dynamic team in a pleasant working environment within the advertising technology sector?

Your area of responsibility
- You enter, check and post accounting documents for incoming invoices
- You post outgoing invoices
- You process delivery notes and sales invoices
- You will assist with sub-tasks and processes relating to debt collection and payment transactions
- You will support the Accounting department with day-to-day commercial and administrative tasks
- You will undertake additional tasks in marketing and sales, supporting the team in areas such as mailings.
