With Click & Collect, you can still order your goods online from the comfort of your own home and collect them at the specified time. Payment is then made digitally – whether by PayPal or credit card, depending on your preferred
payment method.
Here’s how!
Step 1: Choose a product of your choice and add it to your basket.
Step 2: Click on the red ‘Proceed to checkout’ button in your basket.
Step 3: Enter your details to continue with the ordering process. Then click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
Step 4: Now click on ‘Click & Collect’ and then ‘Proceed to payment’.
Step 5: Now choose your preferred payment method. Finally, click on ‘Buy now’ and you’re almost done.
Step 6: Collect your goods from us safely and contact-free!
You can collect your goods from us in complete safety!
You can then collect the goods directly from our collection point at Gate 4. Collection times: Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 16:00. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email!
Delivery of the goods is contact-free!
It is important to us to protect you and our staff as much as possible, so a contactless process is very important to us. Among other things, we maintain a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from one another, and we would ask you to do the same. Please also bear in mind, however, that face masks must be worn in all indoor areas, whether in the office or the warehouse. Only FFP2 masks are permitted! Thank you very much for your cooperation!
