Quick-change plate holder for Secabo transfer presses

We have already reported here on the blog about Secabo’s interchangeable plates for transfer presses. In brief, these are interchangeable base plates for Secabo transfer presses, available in four different sizes, which promise greater precision and quality when printing on textiles.

Secabo has now launched a new module for use with the interchangeable plates: the quick-change adapter for the Secabo TC 5, TC 7 and TC D7 transfer presses.

How does it all work?
It’s quite simple: you remove the transfer press’s standard plate (supplied as standard) and replace it with the quick-change mechanism. This features mounting fixtures for the interchangeable plates in the form of a screw-on fastening. The plates can therefore be attached or removed very easily. You can work with either just one interchangeable plate or with two to three (depending on the transfer press model) in parallel, which represents a significant improvement to the production workflow – several textiles can be processed simultaneously.

In summary, the advantages of the interchangeable plates – namely greater precision and quality – combined with those of the quick-change mechanism (faster and more efficient operation) represent a real asset to day-to-day work with Secabo transfer presses. It’s well worth giving it a go.
