Area of responsibility
- Processing customer enquiries
- Planning sales activities
- Acquiring new customers in Germany and other European countries
- Maintaining and supporting customers via the online sales channel
- Order processing and administration in the merchandise management system
- Corresponding with customers via email and telephone
- Providing technical support over the phone regarding product enquiries
Your profile
- Fluent in spoken and written German
- Business-level English, both spoken and written
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree, or alternatively several years’ experience in sales
- Confident manner, with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Confident use of online media and modern IT systems
- A passion for sales
