Delivery times over the festive period
Dear customers,
The quieter days of the year are approaching, which means we will be operating with some minor restrictions on customer service and dispatch. Please note the following information regarding orders placed between 23 December and 6 January:
Customer service:
We will be available by telephone for enquiries and orders on 23 December until 2.00 pm.
From 27 December to 29 December, you can reach us during our normal office hours from 8.00 am to 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Orders for items in stock received by 12:00 on 29 December will be dispatched before the end of the year.
On 30 December, we will be available by telephone until 12.30 pm
On 31 December, our office will be closed
From 2 January, we will be back to serve you as usual. Please note that 6 January is a public holiday in Bavaria and our office will therefore be closed on that day.
Dispatch:
Dispatch will take place on the morning of 23 December. Orders received by 12:00 on 22 December that are in stock will be dispatched on the morning of 23 December
From 27 December to 29 December, normal dispatch will take place. Orders received before 12:00 on these days will usually be dispatched on the same day; orders received after 12:00 will be dispatched the following day.
On 30 December, there will be limited dispatch in the morning only; on 31 December, our dispatch centre will be closed for stock-taking.
Regular dispatch will resume from 2 January. Please note that 6 January is a public holiday in Bavaria and our dispatch department will therefore be closed on that day.
