- Fast dispatch: 90 per cent of all orders placed before 12:00 can be dispatched on the same working day. By the following working day, this figure rises to 98 per cent
- Fast delivery: Thanks to our delivery partner UPS, around 90 per cent of all parcels are delivered on the next working day. On request, guaranteed next-day express delivery or next-morning delivery is also available throughout Germany
- 24-month warranty on Secabo hardware. As a Secabo partner, YOW! offers a 24-month manufacturer’s warranty on all Secabo devices in addition to the statutory warranty.
- Fast repairs: Should a problem arise and your device purchased from YOW! require repair, we will carry this out quickly and hassle-free. Within Germany, products requiring repair are collected free of charge whilst still under warranty.
