Flexible modules – compact design: Secabo TC5 / TC7

Would you like greater flexibility in production without having to invest in additional equipment every time you change over? The solution comes in the form of a new modular system: with a fresh design and modular construction, Secabo is launching the latest version of its TC5 and TC7 transfer presses. The advantage is that you can swap out any of the parts in just a few simple steps.

If production requirements change, you, the user, can simply switch to different modules. To meet these needs, Secabo will in future be offering a range of suitable modules, including a heating plate, base plate and control unit. A slide extension allows the machine to be upgraded to a double-plate press. A quick-change system and various interchangeable plates will continue to be available.

The new design impresses with its compact dimensions and low weight whilst delivering full performance: the automatically opening transfer presses are optimised for all standard heat transfer processes. They are suitable for flock films, flex films, sublimation and inkjet flex, amongst other applications.

Sustainability has also been taken into account: the packaging for the transfer presses contains environmentally friendly filling material made from corrugated cardboard. The TC5 (working area 38 x 38 cm) and TC7 (working area 40 x 50 cm) transfer presses are now available from stock at YOW!
