FlexCut X4 – the Swiss Army knife of flex films! Quick weeding, 4-second transfer time, suitable for many types of textiles where standard flex films fail. Made from 100% water-based PU, FlexCut X4 enables the creation of ultra-fine, elastic and durable transfers with a soft feel. Above all, however, FlexCut X4 stands out for its excellent weeding properties.

With the help of a computer and a plotter (e.g. Nautilus 721ZE), you can use this to produce even the smallest batches of transfers quickly and cost-effectively. Thanks to the adhesive strength of the polyester backing, even minor ‘slips’ during weeding are no problem. Simply press it back into place lightly, and you’re done. The plotted and weeded lettering or designs are pressed onto the textiles using a transfer press (e.g. Secabo TC7) for either 20 seconds at 130°C or 4 seconds at 175°C. Once cooled slightly, the backing film can be removed.

FlexCut X4 is suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. Thanks to its special hot-melt adhesive, it is also suitable for many textiles where standard flex films fail. It is wash-resistant up to 60°C.
