FlexCut GITD (glow-in-the-dark) and NightClub are high-quality, multi-layered polyurethane films on a polyester backing. They offer good opacity and high elasticity. They can be used to cut even the finest lines and lettering on cutting plotters. Above all, however, they are characterised by their excellent weeding properties.

With the help of a computer and a cutting plotter (e.g. Nautilus 721ZE), you can produce even the smallest batches of transfers quickly and cost-effectively. Thanks to the adhesive strength of the polyester backing, even minor ‘slips’ during weeding are no problem. Simply press it down lightly again, and you’re done. The plotted and weeded lettering or designs are heat-pressed onto textiles for 17 seconds at 165°C using a heat transfer press (e.g. Secabo TC7). After a short cooling period, the backing film can be removed.

FlexCut GITD and FlexCut NightClub are suitable for cotton, polyester and blended fabrics. They are less suitable for coated textiles. They are wash-resistant up to 60°C.
