So presst du deinen DTF-Bogen richtig auf. Tipp für Softshell/Polyester: Temperatur auf 135 °C bei 8–10 Sek. reduzieren.
1. Vorpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 3 Sek. – entzieht dem Textil die Restfeuchtigkeit.
2. Anpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 12 Sek. – bringt den Transfer fest auf.
3. Abziehen
Hotpeel: Trägerfolie direkt im Anschluss heiß abziehen.
4. Nachpressen
145 °C | 3–3,5 Bar | 3 Sek. mit PTFE-Matte für ein perfektes Finish.

Tre punti da tenere assolutamente in considerazione prima di caricare il tuo file.
Dettagli sottili
In caso di linee molto sottili, come quelle sottili come un capello, spesso l'adesivo non aderisce a sufficienza dopo la stampa: consigliamo uno spessore minimo di 2 mm.
Proporzioni
Se il formato del tuo file non corrisponde esattamente alle dimensioni desiderate, lo stamperemo il più grande possibile senza distorsioni: la larghezza verrà sfruttata al massimo.
Sfondi e margini
Stampiamo il tuo file esattamente come è stato caricato, senza ritagliare nulla. Assicurati che non contenga sfondi o bordi indesiderati, comprese le aree bianche o trasparenti.
