Which Heat Presses is the pull-out device suitable for?
The extension is compatible with Secabo’sTC*, TS Smart, TS Lite and TPS series Heat Presses and can be easily fitted using the tried-and-tested quick-change system. It is ideal for professional users looking to optimise their production processes. It can be easily fitted between the stand and the base plate.
* Exceptions: TC1 and TC2
How does the extract improve occupational safety?
As the base plate is fully extended, the working area is completely outside the heat zone of the heating plate. This virtually eliminates the risk of contact burns to hands or arms when positioning the textiles.
Do I need special tools for installation?
No. Assembly is straightforward and is carried out using the standard assembly tool for the press. The device is screwed directly to the base of the press and is ready for immediate use.
Will the press remain stable despite the move?
Yes, the construction is solid and designed for the high contact pressure of Secabo presses. Nevertheless, when using the pull-out device, we recommend bolting the Heat Press firmly to a work table or the Secabo stand to prevent it from tipping when the plate is pulled out.
Can I combine the extension with the Secabo quick-change system?
Absolutely. The pull-out mechanism can be combined perfectly with various interchangeable plates. This maximises ergonomics, as you can both change the plates quickly and extend the entire work area comfortably.
How much additional space do I need towards the front?
You should allow for approx. 40-50 cm of additional space in front of the baler in order to fully utilise the pull-out. However, as the press itself no longer has to swing open to the side (with Swing models), this often saves floor space in the width.
